Support Options for Every Stage

Every family’s needs are different — and support shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all.
I offer thoughtful, evidence-based services designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re navigating feeding challenges, the healthcare system, or preparing to care for your baby with confidence.

Lactation Support

Every feeding journey is unique, and every family deserves compassionate, evidence-based care. Whether you're preparing before birth, navigating the newborn period, struggling with supply/pain/latch issues, returning to work, or facing more complex feeding challenges, I provide personalized support tailored to your baby, your body, your family and your goals.

As a Registered Nurse and IBCLC, I combine clinical expertise with practical guidance to help you feel confident in your feeding plan. My goal is to meet you where you are, answer your questions, and support your family every step of the way.

Healthcare Navigation & Advocacy

Navigating the healthcare system can feel overwhelming, especially when you're balancing appointments, specialists, therapies, insurance questions, and difficult decisions. You don't have to figure it out alone.

Drawing on more than 15 years of nursing experience—including my background as a Nurse Navigator—I help families understand diagnoses, prepare for appointments, coordinate care, navigate insurance challenges, and confidently advocate for the services their child needs. Whether you're processing a new diagnosis or simply wondering what to do next, I'm here to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Educational Support

Knowledge builds confidence. Through personalized education and hands-on instruction, I help parents, caregivers, and families develop practical skills that promote safety, confidence, and peace of mind.

Whether you're learning infant CPR, preparing for your baby's arrival, or looking for guidance on topics that support your growing family, my classes are designed to be approachable, evidence-based, and tailored to your families specific needs. My goal is to give you the knowledge and confidence to care for your child long after our time together.
