Emotional Wellness After Birth
Designed for expecting mothers, partners, and support people who want to understand the postpartum emotional landscape — and have a real plan before they need one.
3 hours | $350 for up to 3 adults ($40 per additional adult)
Most birth prep covers what to pack and when to push. This class covers what happens to you after the baby arrives.
The postpartum period brings one of the most significant hormonal and emotional shifts of a woman's life — and most families don't hear about it until they're already in the thick of it. This private, in-home class is designed to change that. Walk away with a plan for yourself, and confidence for your support people. So no one is navigating postpartum alone.
Led by a Registered Nurse & Lactation Consultant and a certified Doula, we walk you through the emotional and hormonal reality of the fourth trimester, help you understand the full spectrum of postpartum experiences, and work with you to build a personalized plan before you need it.
We cover:
The hormonal biology of the postpartum period — what's actually happening and why
The full spectrum of postpartum emotional conditions — baby blues, PPD, PPA, postpartum OCD, and more
How to tell the difference between what's normal and what deserves more support
Your personal emotional history and how it shapes your postpartum experience
How to build and strategically use your support village
Sleep, self-care, and identifying your most common emotional triggers
Your identity as a new mother — and how to embrace it on your own terms
A personalized action plan and warning signs to watch for
Every postpartum journey is different — which is why every session is fully customized to your history, your support system, and your life.
You'll leave with:
✔ A clear understanding of what's normal — and what's not
✔ The language to describe what you're experiencing
✔ A personalized action plan you can actually use
✔ A trusted support structure mapped out before birth
✔ Greater confidence heading into the fourth trimester
