Healthcare Navigation Support is designed to help families understand their options, prepare for appointments, and feel more confident advocating for their child’s care.
This service is for expectant parents and families with children from prenatal through early childhood who want thoughtful guidance, care coordination, and support making informed decisions. Whether you are managing complex medical needs, coordinating between providers, or simply unsure where to start, you do not have to navigate it alone.
Healthcare Navigation Support is offered for families during pregnancy and early childhood. This service does not include adult healthcare navigation or long-term case management.
New Patient Navigation Evaluation
For families seeking guidance, care coordination, or advocacy support during pregnancy or early childhood.
75 minutes | $175
This initial visit is designed for families who are new to healthcare navigation services.
During this appointment, we will review your child’s medical history, current concerns, and care goals. Together, we’ll identify priorities, clarify next steps, and create a plan for navigating referrals, appointments, and ongoing care.
This visit is required before purchasing ongoing navigation support unless you are already an established lactation client through a New Patient Lactation Visit with Healthcare Navigation Add-on.
Ongoing Healthcare Navigation Support
Families managing complex or evolving care needs who benefit from ongoing, individualized support.
Packages:
3 hours — $435
5 hours — $725
8 hours — $1,120
Available after an initial evaluation or an established lactation relationship. Support may include appointment preparation, records review, communication planning, follow-up, and assistance navigating referrals or services.
Packages expire 60 days from first use. Hours may be used flexibly for calls, coordination, or preparation for appointments.
Healthcare Navigation Add-On for Lactation Clients
For lactation clients who need brief, focused navigation support or who are considering adding an ongoing hourly bundle for additional guidance
30 minutes | $75
This add-on is available to families who are already receiving lactation support and would benefit from additional care planning or advocacy preparation that is not directly related to feeding.
This support is added to a scheduled lactation visit and may include discussion of broader healthcare concerns, coordination planning, or preparation for upcoming medical appointments.
This add-on does not replace a New Patient Navigation Evaluation and is not intended for ongoing navigation support.
